We have two rabbit breeds at Grace Acres Farm; the Rex and American Chinchilla. The Rex and American Chinchilla breeds are raised for both meat and fur. The Rex is the smaller of our two meat/fur breeds, but their fur is the most incredible you will ever feel. The American Chinchilla has a unique color pattern that is just like the wild chinchilla, hence the name. Interested in learning more?

Rabbit health and fun facts
Winter is here, and even though our furry rabbit friends have a nice thick coat to keep them warm, there are still things to consider. It's best to check at least once a day to make sure their water bottle hasn't frozen solid. To help delay a deep freeze fill it with warm water.
